NOT a Halloween Card and Challenges (Get Well)

I have a dear friend who recently had "elective" surgery LoL.  It is a secret or suppose to be, so I made her this card for those select few of us that know her secret, so we can sign and send this to her while she is on "vacation" this  week. The image is a Halloween bobblehead by Bugaboo stamps, I just cropped it to use the head. The second photo is the inside of the card. I am sorry I don't know who the artist is of the lady, if you recognize this as your work, please let me know so I can give proper credit. (Once this posts I have to RUN to my facebook page and delete it, because my blog feeds to my page and she would KILL me) So this is my take on a Get Well Card for the "Elective" surgery! (I REALLY wanted to enter this into the "Well Preserved" Challenge at No Time to Stamp LOL but they specified "food")I have entered this card in the following challenges:
