Even Santa..has problem employees and Challenges

Hi everyone, it seems even Santa has problem employees (check out the tongue on the elf).  This card is for my boss and that is what the inside sentiment says. Both of these images are from Sassy Cheryl's. I actually heat embossed the tickets (that's why they smeared lol) I used liquid applique and stickles on the hair and beards and then of course distress ink.  The ribbon is from my stash (note to self, if the ribbon is thick, place only on top of cardstock).  And the bow and bell are from an old Jolee's pack.
